The prices on this page are the final monthly fees. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no “rush fees.” For paid ads, the only separate cost is your ad spend (paid directly to Google/Meta) — we recommend a minimum spend per tier, but that’s between you and the platform.
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime — the new tier kicks in next month. Want to downgrade? Same flexibility. We don’t lock you into a tier; we want you on the plan that fits your current stage.
No. All retainers are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We don’t believe in 6 or 12-month lock-ins — if we’re not delivering, you should be free to leave.
Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. Web design projects are billed 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. We accept bank transfer (BDT), bKash for smaller invoices, and international wire transfer or Wise for global clients.
The management fee (e.g., ৳45,000 for Ads Growth tier) is what you pay us to plan, build, run, and optimize your campaigns. Ad spend is the budget that goes directly to Google or Meta to actually run the ads. They’re separate. We recommend ad budgets per tier so we have enough to test and scale.
Yes — clients running 2 or more services together get a 10–15% bundle discount, depending on scope. The bundles also work better operationally because the strategies feed into each other (e.g., SEO + Ads + a high-converting site = compounding results).
Within your first 30 days, if you’re not satisfied — for any reason — email us and we’ll refund the management fee paid for that period. Direct ad spend (paid to Google/Meta) is non-refundable by us since that money goes to the ad platform. For web design, the refund covers up to the design phase.
Yes — about 25% of our clients are based outside Bangladesh, primarily in UAE, Singapore, UK, and the US. International clients are billed in USD at equivalent rates. All communication is in English, and we adjust meeting times to your timezone.
